We will inform you when we have received the ashes and the digital photograph provided. Payment is via either bank transfer or PayPal, details of which will be emailed with your invoice.
As soon as payment is cleared we will begin work on your picture. This process including postage can take up to 4 weeks U.K. and up to 6 weeks overseas.
